Business Outreach Program

RK Mechanical enthusiastically promotes diversity and mentorship through our dynamic business outreach program. Our initiatives include seeking small-business participation on all of our projects, mentorship and training opportunities, and regular networking events.

We are privileged to host a quarterly morning coffee and networking hour where members of the small- and minority-business community can meet with key members of our leadership team, tour our shops and discuss upcoming opportunities. Dubbed Building Community, these gatherings are designed to provide mutual benefit to all parties involved – including us.

We value the shared collaboration and gains that result from our direct interaction with these peers. Outreach and diversification are at the heart of our sustained growth model, and we will continue to uncover new and innovative methods to promote the involvement of small and minority businesses in the mechanical contracting industry.
