It shall be the policy of the company to provide a safe and healthy work place for the protection of its most vital resource RK Mechanical, Inc. Employees. The safety of employees is the greatest interest to all levels of management and supervision taking precedence over quality and production.
The companys basic philosophy is that all personal injuries can and should be prevented. While the responsibility for safety throughout the company begins and ends with the President, that responsibility is shared with the entire organization. Every employee at every level is expected to fully accept responsibility for his/her own safety and for the safety of those with which he/she works. There will be no place in the organization for an unsafe employee. New employees should understand from the outset that violations of safety rules can and will be grounds for disciplinary action.
The company will maintain a positive safety and accident prevention program with adequate engineering and staff support to coordinate the program at each location.
