Senior Estimator
Minimum of 5 years estimating experience in the plumbing and/or hydronic piping field,
or a combination of 2 years estimating and 5 years of field experience. Mechanical room experience is a
definite plus.
- Strong computer skills are required. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of plumbing and/or hydronic piping systems.
- Good to above average phone/people skills.
- Able to read and interpret blue prints and specifications.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude.
- A valid Colorado Drivers License.
- Proactive and a team player.
- Must be able to:multi-task, handle stress, meet deadlines, work in a professional
environment
- Communicate well with others (internal & external)
- This is a full-time salary position with benefits.

- Average 45+ hours per week. Staying late and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

Level One Pre-Construction Engineer
Ten years in HVAC and Plumbing engineering design with strong estimating skills or ten
years pre-construction with a mechanical contracting firm.
Strong field experience would be very beneficial. Ideally the successful candidate will be
strong in sheet metal, piping and plumbing but two out of three combined with other
general strengths would be considered. Ability to communicate well with customers is crucial.
Work involves pre-construction engineering and estimating for design-build, design-assist,
and plan and spec projects.
Engineering degree and P.E. a plus but not required.
LEED A.P. also a plus.

Level Two Pre-Construction Engineer
Three to five years in engineering design with some estimating experience or in pre-construction
with a mechanical contracting firm. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in
sheet metal, piping and plumbing but two out of three is acceptable. Ability to communicate well
with customers is crucial. Work involves pre-construction engineering and estimating for design-build,
design-assist, and plan and spec projects.
Engineering degree and P.E. a plus but not required.
Field experience, LEED A.P., load calculation skills are all beneficial.

Pre-Construction Engineering Intern
Field experience, sheet metal and/or pipe sizing skills, and load calculation skills are all beneficial.
Ability to communicate well with customers is important. Work involves pre-construction engineering and
estimating for design-build, design-assist, and plan and spec projects. The successful candidate will be
trained as needed and hopefully will return for full time employment upon completion of degree program.
Student enrolled in a mechanical engineering or architectural engineering degree program desired for internship.
EIT certificate a plus but not required.
