RK Mechanical’s long-standing strength and reputation is built around the ability to establish early and accurate budgets and to assist the Design Team in maintaining a functional design

Design and Construction Scheduling - The project schedule is the hub of the preplanning and organizational effort required for a successful project.

Cost Budgeting - We utilizes the Quote Express estimating software program for all Bids and Budgets. We maintain and continually upgrade a library of estimates and actual job costs for every type of system and/or project either estimated or constructed by our company.

Long-Lead Equipment Orders - The need to pre-order equipment, secures equipment production slots, and protect price increases may occur during the design development phase. This need usually becomes obvious during the system selection/analysis phase of the project.

Coordination Drawings - RK Mechanical has complete in-house CAD services department with 24 CAD technicians, that utilizes AutoCAD, Navisworks, CAD Duct and CAD Mech.

Shop Drawings and Submittals - Complete submittals and shop drawings will be provided for all equipment and materials. This process expedited due to early involvement in the selection of equipment and materials.

Start-Up and Commissioning - RK Mechanical provides complete in-house start-up services and checkout for all systems.

Turnover and Training - At the time of project completion, a comprehensive turnover package will be submitted to the owner.

Post Construction - Punch List and Warranty Work will be handled by the on-site construction team prior to demobilizing the job. RK Mechanical passes through to the owner any warranties provided by the manufacturers of all equipment installed under our contract. Warranty issues are handled by Performance Building Services.
