We function as a collaborative partner with our customers and our Peer Team Members on projects. RK Operations inspires team work and fair play on all the projects.
- RK maintains an expert scheduling team: There is a strong focus on creating and managing the project schedule. RK realizes that there is a strong correlation between success and the ability for a project team to use a schedule as a collaborative tool creating harmonious execution of the installation.
- Communication: We pride ourselves on constant and thorough communication with our customers and project team members.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s): Consistently producing and delivering our services is a strong key to our success. RK constantly strives to improve our processes and to train our Operations team on all SOP’s.
RK is unrivaled in its ability to efficiently fabricate, deliver and install preassembled components of systems. This moves large portions of our field operations into office and shop settings which greatly improves our Quality Control. In addition it allows RK the ability to more efficiently deliver our product and service more competitively.

Training is specific to the needs of the department and is provided on a timely basis to meet the demands of the organization.
