Large, high rise residential projects are one of our specialties. We have completed some of the most exclusive and most recognizable addresses in Colorado, including One Lincoln Park, the first full residential building in downtown proper since 1965. One Lincoln Park is a 470,000 gross square feet, 34 story high rise residential building with 174 high-end residential units. One Lincoln Park is one of RK’s recent Design Build projects in the last leg of its 2 year construction. It is the first building in Denver and the second building in the USA to utilize 100% Studor Waste systems. It is also the first building to place PEX water pipe systems in the slab. This building is an architecturally innovative design unlike any other in the downtown area at the corner of 20th and Lincoln.
