RK Mechanical recently completed 3 phases at the Fortrust Data Center. This original level 3 data center’s construction included renovation of an existing 130,000 square foot warehouse, and the addition of a 3-story 22,000 square foot mechanical and electrical equipment area. The originally completed project included a total of 1600 Tons of cooling capacity, 15,000 square feet of office space, 12,000 square feet of data floor space, and 103,000 square feet of core and shell plug-and-play fully expandable data floor area. Subsequent build-out construction projects have included the addition of 1200 tons of cooling capacity and 36,000 square feet of data floor space, all of which were completed in a fully operational 24-7-365 data center with no mechanical service interruptions or outages.
