The Premier Lofts, in downtown Denver took special care to construct and that is why RK Mechanical was called to help build the project. The luxury rental apartment complex was constructed directly across the street from Coors Field on Market Avenue. The overall project consisted 387,000 –sq-ft of mixed use construction, including 250 luxury rental apartments, 8 town homes and 10,000-sq- ft of commercial and retail space.
