Teamwork is an important aspect of RK Mechanical, Inc. It is our vision to be the “Mechanical Contractor and Employer of Choice”. Focusing on teamwork and camaraderie is one area we emphasize as we pursue this vision. These team building events are intended to be, fun! This is a great way for you to meet and get to know others in the Companies.

We have a monthly team building experience open to all employees within RK Mechanical, Inc., Performance Building Services, RK Global and RK Specialties. The events use a lottery system which will determine who will attend. We will ask for participation of at least 25% of the RK Team to attend an event per year.

The events will vary from paintball, Rockies games, bowling, go-carting, billiards and darts or anything else that would be fun!

Participation at these events is encouraged, but not mandatory. But once you attend an event, you see what all the fun is about!
