Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences

The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is a 45-story luxury hotel and residence located in the heart of downtown Denver. The building is the city's fourth tallest building and features 232 hotel rooms, 102 residence units, an in-house spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, high-end restaurant and bar (Edge), and a fully wired meeting space. RK Mechanical self-performed all building information modeling (BIM), fabrication, transportation and installation of the plumbing, piping, sheetmetal and HVAC components. Since construction completion, RK Mechanical Service has provided ongoing building maintenance, service and warranty.
